Returns

We check our garments carefully before sending them out, but if your garment is faulty we will do everything we can to replace or repair it. If we are unable to we will refund for the original amount. In order to do this we will need to assess the item, so please contact sally@mountfortdesign.com for information on where to post your garment to. If a refund is issued it will be done within five working days and you will be notified by email when payment has been made. To find out when this money will be refunded onto the card that was used to purchase it will be best to contact your bank directly.

We are sure you will take appropriate care with your garments but please understand that we cannot repair or refund items that have been damaged due to wear and tear.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a garment please contact sally@mountfortdesign.com as soon as possible with your original order number. We will accept exchanges of any garments purchased through this website (with the exception of sale items) provided that they are returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also. Shipping costs back to us will be your responsibility. Once the garment is received and has been assessed we will send you your requested replacement goods (provided we have such goods in stock, if not we will contact you to find a solution). You will not be charged delivery fees for the delivery of the replacement goods. Please note that sale items may not be exchanged unless they are faulty.
